Adding a new agent
To add a new agent to AMP, navigate to Configuration > Manage Agents while logged in as an agent with Administrator privileges.
Editing an existing agent
To edit an existing agent within AMP, navigate to Configuration > Manage Agents while logged in as an agent with Administrator privileges.
Removing an agent
At the time of this article, it is currently not possible to remove an agent from AMP. Because historical sales data may be capturing this agent for purposes related to trends, chargeback reporting and more - we cannot permanently remove them from the system.
It is possible, however, to limit where you see the agent across the system (reports, dashboard, etc.) by navigating to the Manage Agents module (Configuration > Manage Agents), selecting the Agent, and de-selecting 'Show this user on the dashboard'.
Revoking an agent
To revoke access to AMP for any agent, navigate to Manage Agents (Configuration > Manage Agents) and deselect 'Allow access to AMP'. This will ensure the user is no longer able to access your agency.
